Underation Memorial Golf Outing

Early bird before May 18th: $90

After May 18th: $100

Includes golf cart, 4 drink tickets, lunch at the turn, and a meal at the Sokol Club (888 W Hopocan). Additional side bets available at the course.

Registrations must be made by May 25th. We cannot accept entries after the deadline.

Accepted: Zelle, Cash, or Check.

Cash or checks may be dropped off at the Sokol Club attn: Lisa Underation or mailed directly to Keri Smith.
